While expertise and experience in your field of subject are very important to us, we do believe that motivation and determination are the #1 predictor for success. We value candidates with t-shape profiles and diverse backgrounds.

Our primary interest is to meet software and systems engineers (ML, computer vision, full stack developers, DevOps etc). We are also keen to speak with tech experts in EW, radar, electro magnetics, acoustics, laser, embedded systems, edge computing, robotics, autonomous systems, UAV, UGV, inertial measurement units etc and similar fields. A limited number of talent will be hired in strategy, corporate finance, legal, sales, marketing and support staff.

Candidates must be citizens of EU or NATO member countries, or our allies (Ukraine, Switzerland, Israel, Singapore, Japan etc). All employees are expected to undergo advanced compliance and security clearance.

Currently, we are operating from our two main offices in Toulouse (France) and Munich (Germany). Other offices will open soon.

We are European by heart and by design as we have built a pan European company from day one. We are committed to contributing to European resilience and a European defence union. Our founders represent three European nations, and quite more through descent and direct family ties. While approximately half of our team is French and/or German, more than 15 European and close ally nationalities are represented in our diverse team.
